Grandfathered Clause and Procedures for  "Applicable" Affiliates

Below are the Grandfathered Provisions, clearly explaining how we will proceed.

For those that submitted the required Affiliate Grant Form and other documents before March 1, 2015, you will be grandfathered as follows:

  1. Being grandfathered is optional, even if your forms were submitted by March 1, 2015 (you can choose to not continue).  Please provide your original email which documents your submitted forms.
  2. If an Affiliate chooses to be grandfathered, the Affiliate membership fees will remain at $75/month, and will resume on your sign-up date between June1-5, 2015, with the $75 fee repeating every 30 days thru the appropriate period; either ending in September 2015, or continuing if a grant is awarded.
  3. To be in compliance with grandfathering, you must enroll between June 1-5, 2015 (new enrollment link below).
  4. The extended grandfather period will be from June 1, 2015 thru September 1, 2015 at $75/month (fees will not increase during this time).
  5. Grants for those grandfathered will be submitted during the June thru September timeline, based on the original grant promise of five grants per Affiliate.  All grant submittals will be in collaboration with a minimum of three (3) grandfathered Affiliates.
If the Affiliate misses a grant submittal, this eliminates from the promised number of grant opportunities, i.e., if five are offered and Affiliate misses the required deadline(s), then only four grant opportunities remain for the Affiliate.

  6. If no grants are awarded (after being submitted) during the grandfather period (June 1, 2015 thru September 1, 2015, then C-360 will cease on September 1, 2015.   IMPORTANT:    If an award notification is received after September 1, 2015, all applicable Affiliates will be informed with the option to continue with the program thru the grant period.
  7. If a submitted grant is awarded during the grandfather period, then the Affiliates that are part of the grant must remain a paid member of C-360 throughout the grant period, whether for one-year, etc. (fees will remain at $75/month during the awarded grant period).
  8. Affiliates also agree that during the grandfathered period, they will participate in a minimum of two C-360 training sessions per month.
  9. Grandfathered Affiliates must also understand that if a grant is awarded, the grant funder may have additional stipulations.  In this case, Affiliate agrees to operate in compliance with all the mandatory parameters, i.e., requested documents, collaborative meetings, measured deliverables, etc.
  10. If the Affiliate chooses to move forward with the grandfathered stipulations, but fails to participate accordingly during the grandfather period, per the above, the Affiliate understands that their membership could be terminated.
  11. Before proceeding further, the grandfathered Affiliate will thoroughly read all Agreements pertaining to the extended C-360 program, and will comply with all recitals.
  12. The grandfather period also includes:
